Bookings are essential for camping. No deposit is required but we need a full name and contact phone number. To avoid the necessity for a deposit we ask that you let us know asap if you cannot commit to your booking. Please call to book or for enquiries during office hours (7.30 am - 6 pm). The phone is answered outside of office hours for on-site emergencies only.

ALL visitors must report to the office and sign in on arrival.
Please download, print and complete the liability waiver form prior to visiting Gap Creek.
Riding times are strictly between 8am and 6pm (no bikes to be ridden before 8am or after 6pm for toilets & showers etc).
NO 4x4 driving is permitted anywhere on the property and NO Firewood is to be cut.
NO Quad Bikes, over 150cc 4 stroke or 85cc 2 stroke, are permitted on the MX Tracks.
Strictly NO vehicle access is permitted on the southern side of the property under any circumstances. If someone is injured or a bike is stuck we can assist in the work vehicle.
Strictly NO riding under the influence of Alcohol or other drugs.
All tracks and trails are ONE direction ONLY, all directional signage must be followed.
Strictly NO SHORT CUTTING THE TRACKS.Adults please advise your children of these rules.
Please take care when entering and leaving our property. Once in our driveway move as far forward as possible. Do not park in the driveway entrance.
We recommend on every visit that you initially take it easy and familiarise yourself with the tracks and trails before enjoying riding to your capabilities. This is especially important on your first ever visit to Gap Creek Moto.
The following safety guidelines must be followed:
Failure to comply with the basic requirements, endangering others or animals may result in offenders being asked to leave or refused the right to return.
A First Aid Kit can be found in the office.
Please note we now have a wristband system for riders, a different coloured wristband is used for each day. Do NOT drop used wristbands on the ground.
FIRES are welcome in the existing fire pits (depending on weather and fire bans etc). However, firewood cannot be collected from the bush. You are welcome to bring your own or it can be purchased here for $12 a bag (20kg) or $60 for 6 bags.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead and within your own campsite at all times unless being exercised outside the camping area. This is to respect those with small children and those who are nervous around dogs and do not welcome surprise visitors. We also ask that you clean up after your animal so there are no unpleasant surprises for the next guests.
NOTE: STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED on the Southern Side of the Highway (through the Tunnel)
MUST NOT BE LEFT AT CAMPSITES.
This includes bottle tops, ciggy butts, can ring pulls, bread bag tags, lolly wrappers, zip ties etc. these are yours and you need to pick them up. A large general bin and recycling bins are provided at the gate. If you must put cans, bottles and alfoil etc in the fire it is up to you to remove it before you leave.
Continual failure to leave campsites clean will result in a $50 rubbish bond being charged at check in.

Campground noise curfew: NO LOUD MUSIC BETWEEN 10PM AND 10AM
Please respect other visitors and keep ALL noise to a minimum after 10pm.
