A large, well maintained camping area along Gap Creek caters for groups ranging from a single tent to as many tents/camper trailers or caravans as you need. A special area is available for day visitors parking to reduce bike traffic impacts in the camping areas.
Existing purpose built MX tracks consist of 3 especially designed tracks for smaller children and smaller bikes. The kids tracks are located close to camping areas for parents convenience and consist of an under 6 years track (flat track) an under 12 years track (up to 65cc 2 stroke & 110cc 4 stroke) - (STRICTLY NO ADULT RIDERS PERMITTED) - and the Pit Bike track for up to 85cc 2 stroke and 150cc 4 stroke (Adults on these size bikes can also use this track)
There are bike size limits on all these tracks that must be adhered to. NO adults are permitted to ride on the smaller two tracks under any circumstances. Children MUST be supervised at all times.
For adults and the more adventurous youngsters there are directionally marked trails/enduro loops through the hill country and a couple of small practice tabletops on the southern end of the property, as well as marked trails and hill climbs in the northern area.
For full size bikes we have the Step Up MX track and the Next Level MX track. These two tracks are for full size bikes only (125cc 2 stroke and 250cc 4 stroke and bigger). The Step Up MX is located close to the campgrounds, is short in length but includes some challenging tabletops and a big step up.
Additional MX tracks include a VMX style track and Natural terrain/enduro MX track.
A 950 metre high mountain forms the northern boundary of the farm and with cliffs, steep gullies and ravines it offers some challenging bush walking opportunities. Parts of the property are koala habitat, there are wallabies, kangaroos, many varieties of birds and if you are lucky enough possibly a platypus in the creek.
There is a large variety of wildlife sharing the farm and an early morning bushwalk will often reward you with sightings of several species of wallabies, ducks along the creek, the occasional carpet python, sometimes a goanna or two and a great range of birds sometimes including black cockatoos. Many of these animals can also be seen in the evenings with the added bonus of possums and a hare or two, or perhaps even a platypus!
